Vevo - Music Video Player App Reviews

I used to now understand it but now I love it. It is an amazing app that lets you stay connected with your artist.

I love the amount of artists on the app. There is on improvement to be made I think more music by certain artists like Casting Crowns and EPMD.

Ive had Vevo for awhile and enjoyed it but the latest update has me inputting my music preferences AGAIN and if I respond with a no at anytime, the app kicks me out. I dont want to get notifications if the artists I like have new videos so now Im not allowed to use the app? If thats the case the app is better off being deleted.

The views still the same I did everything but it didnt work the views are stuck . This happened from 5 days

Update has been stalling for a number of days and wont finish. Bug?

Good job Vevo, you wrecked it. Used to be able to simply watch videos with some ads, now requires a complicated sign up. I deleted the app, go fly a kite!

I am VERY disappointed with the latest version of this app. For starters, it comes up WAY too loud when launched on AppleTV. Then it wont let me browse ANY of the content without first creating an account. I dont want YET ANOTHER account! Most people have too many accounts already - theyre not going to be enticed to add yet another one if they dont first know how truly great the content and app are. I used to enjoy this app and recommend it to everyone. It was great for listening to the Blues channel or the Hard Rock channel while working around the house or having a few friends over. However, it doesnt make for a very impressive demonstration when you have to stop everything to create an account first when trying to show it to someone. It looks like Ill be watching my music videos on YouTube going forward. I preferred the channels and interface and content on Vevo, but YouTube doesnt force me to sign in. I wont be using this app anymore, or recommending it to anyone, until this is fixed. Vevo app developers, please listen and fix this.

Was trying to download the app on appke TV. It asked me to either use the iOS app or visit a website to LG in & activate. I opted for the 2nd option, which had to option to activate with the apple TV code. So Im forced now to download the app on my phone. I do that. It asks me what genres & music artists I like, so it can personalize my "experience". I spend the next 3-4 minutes selecting genres & artists. Then back to the appke TV which now logs me in automatically, but asks me again to select genres & artists. Horrible interface, non working links/servers. Dont bother. Stick with tried & tested YouTube...

At least put the important people at the top , had to make me scroll for like 10 minutes.

All I want to do is watch a video, but the vevo app now forces to to choose favorites before forcing you to log in to social media. I am not going to do that just to watch a video.

I think vevo should have a Update That You could have your Own Profile but u cant post music Videos only the Famous people

The whole strength of Vevo is the strength of the playlists. I would love to be able to just set the dial to 90s alternative a see all the vids. Not possible with this app. Search within genres or similar artist suggestions are also not available. Fail.
